Remain flexible to resolve product and service questions or escalations. Answer phones, schedule service calls, routing, and billing. Resolve issues involving billing disputes, A/R collection, warranty claims, and customer service issues, oversee service van inventory, Email communication with internal and external customers, Assist walk-in customers, create and process service orders, sales orders, and warranty claims.<span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong><span>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li>Answering the phone in a friendly and professional manner<br />Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution</li><li>Follow up on customer challenges with customer and necessary departments</li><li>Contribute to team projects and be accountable to finish any assigned tasks</li><li>Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services</li><li>Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any related results or additional tasks as needed.<br />Competencies</li><li>Continued demonstration of willingness to continue to learn and ask questions about products, processes, and overall industry</li><li>Computer efficacy in regards systems used by our department; Google, and Microsoft Office (systems may vary by department).</li><li>Being a good team-member and serving the customer is our main focus.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong><span>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li>Extreme attention to accuracy and detail orientation.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>History of good attendance and work habits</li><li>Able to work&nbsp;a flexible work schedule and weekends</li><li>Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Web Research, Quality of Work, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge</li><li>Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay: $20.00-&nbsp; $25.00 / hour</strong><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Leslie&rsquo;s recognizes a critical&nbsp;component&nbsp;to our continued success is our people. </strong>Leslie&rsquo;s is proud to have a culture of inclusion that seeks to celebrate and embrace the different backgrounds and perspectives that help drive our success and support team members in developing and growing with us. <span>We</span><span>&nbsp;aim to create a workplace where all team members feel welcomed and valued and inspire each other every day.</span></p><p><span style="color: #333333;">#HTHiring </span></p>
