Ultimate Staffing is currently partnered with one of South Florida's top Call Centers and we are currently looking to hire a full-time Call Center Representative who is a highly motivated individual to join our call center team in West Palm Beach, FL.

Customer Service Rep Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Follow call scripts and procedures accurately
• Meet or exceed call quotas and sales goals
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Always adhere to company policies and procedures

Customer Service Rep Requirements:

• Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings and weekends Must be available to work the closing shift from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
• Ability to work rotational Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Must limit unplanned schedule interruptions such as arriving late, leaving early, or calling out
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Customer Service Rep Compensation & Detail:

• $16/hr.
• T-H
• Hours are from 12pm-8:30pm M-F & Saturday 9am-5:30pm!
